Refund Policy

Orders may be returned for refund so long as ALL of the following conditions are met:

•The order is new, unused, and unopened 

•The order is returned within 15 days of receipt

•The order was not purchased on final sale

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for any orders being returned. Âme Courrier recommends keeping the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment. We will not be responsible for lost packages containing returns.

Once a qualified refund is received, we will process your refund as soon as possible. You will be credited in via the original payment method provided, though shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us at amecourrierstationery@gmail.com.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for equal/lesser value goods.
